This is a photo of the first quilt I ever completed. I was a senior in high school when I made this quilt (2002). It was made using a simple pinwheel design and a charm square patchwork border. It's so bright, and I love it!

Good job! I didn't make my first quilt until I was in my 40's. I wanted to make something for my grandchildren that no one else could give them. So, I taught my self to quilt. I have made several since then, and really enjoy quilting. I have two in progress right now.
